Terms of Service for OneHost Digital Web Hosting

Welcome to OneHost Digital! By using our web hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
   OneHost Digital offers a range of web hosting solutions, including shared hosting, VPS hosting, and reseller hosting. Details of our services, including features and pricing, can be found on our website and portal.
3. Account Responsibilities
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
   Invoices are generated 7 days prior to the due date. Payment is due on the specified due date.
   If payment is not received by the due date, your account will be suspended on the 7th day after the due date. $1.00 penalty fee will be charged on overdue accounts.
   Accounts will be terminated 28 days after suspension if payment remains outstanding.
5. Domain Name Policies
   Domain names associated with your account will be terminated and deleted 30 days after the due date of the payment.
   You will receive a reminder regarding the impending termination of your domain names at least 1 month prior to the due date.
6. Refund Policy
   We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a full refund. Refunds are not applicable after the initial period.
7. Service Availability
   While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any downtime or outages that may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
   OneHost Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 1 month.
9. Modifications to Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms or for any conduct that we believe is harmful to our service or other customers.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Zimbabwe.
